Natural Skin Care Preparation
To choose the right skin care preparations you will need to determine
you skin type:
-
Normal skin is rosy, lustrous, unblemished, smooth, evenly colored,
soft, firm and elastic. Due to bad diet, pollution, stress and improper
skin care, this type is rare.
-
Dry skin feels tight, it is thin, pale and dull. It may be flaky
and very wrinkled. It is rarely blemished.
-
Oily skin is shining and often blemished. The skin is soft and elastic
and there are not many wrinkles.
-
Sensitive skin is easily irritated. It is prone to redness, itch
and blemishes. Often reacts to chemical ingredients, pollution, sun, wind.
You may notice that your T-zone (forehead, nose,
chin) is different from your cheeks. This is called combination skin. Also
skin can be sensitive and oily or dry at the same time.
